Rate your Health and Vitality. The next most important question you have to deal with is if the answer to any of these questions is lower than eight or lower than you want it to be, “WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?”

Life is sometimes too kind to us in that it gives us choices (options), and the ones we choose are occasionally easy. It’s not until you get to the smallest number of choices that you will find out how much strength you have in you.

I have been close to death three times and found my way back, and the only option open to me at this stage of my life is to find the strength within me to do what I previously considered impossible.

So, every day, I get out of bed at 5:00 am and walk 13 kilometres as part of a weight loss program to set an example for the people I coach.

I am no longer a diabetic. I have reduced my medications from 18 tablets a day to four, and I am working hard to get rid of them as well.

I tell them that if I can do this at the age of 74, they can, and so can you.

You need to choose the most challenging option and find the strength in you that is just waiting to be unleashed,

Life is a Gift – Health is a Choice, and so is the quality of that life.

Please, take some time to think about what I am telling you and don’t let what happened to me happen to you.
