One Percent Improvement

Would you believe me if I told you that a One Percent Improvement in any process, activity, or technique would deliver a 30% improvement?

Well, it’s true. I have proved it statistically over several years of measurement and performance analysis with the sales teams I have managed.

Some people are happy to accept things; others want to make changes, while others surrender.

Events can control your life, or you can create events that change your life.

People the world over fall into one of four different categories.

  1. 3% of people make things happen
  2. 10% of people expect something will happen
  3. 60% of people watch things happen
  4. 27% of people don’t know what happened

According to the Australian Government, seven out of every ten people in Australia are overweight.

What the majority of these people don’t know is that the choices they make every day will either shorten their lives or bring them to an end, and it’s not until they have a LIFE moment that they realise there are consequences to the choices they made but its TOO LATE TO REVERSE THE OUTCOME.

It’s not too late for you if you commit to changing your situation.

One Percent Daily Improvement is the Compound Effect that will restore your health, help you lose weight, overcome depression, and everything else necessary.

One Percent Improvement

To Reclaim My Health, I have committed to walking at least 10 kilometres before breakfast daily.

I started walking only 4 Kilometers and gradually extended the length of that walk every day. On Friday, 29/10/21, I walked 7.2 kilometres, and when my legs told me that was enough, I turned the corner and started walking home, which was another 7.4 kilometres.

I push myself every day a little further to show you that at the age of 74, if I can do this with my past medical history, then so can you.

Life is a Gift—health is a Choice, and my choice to confront my declining health head-on allows me to reclaim my health and vitality.
