73 Years Old Reclaiming My Health is a journey I have committed to daily so you and the people you know and love can believe it’s possible to reverse life-threatening medical conditions.
While walking this morning from 5:00 am until I had reached the 13-kilometre target, I listened to three motivational recordings plus One Minute with Maxwell, One Minute with Darren Hardy, and a mixture of my favourite music.
I also joined in on a 45-minute Zoom walk with forty or so committed weight loss people who are part of what we have called the Covid Kilo Crackdown.
These people shared their commitments to losing weight in 8 weeks.
With three weeks to go, everyone, almost without exception, is on target to lose their nominated weight. As for me, I am down 6 of the nominated 8 kilos.

So, to answer the question of why I record these videos,
While they are true records of my journey, most of the people who watch them and read my comments aren’t interested in me.
I hope that’s the case because that is not why I am making them.
I record them as inspiration for you and as a tool you could use for your friends, loved ones, and people you know who are overweight and may have made poor health choices in the past.
Hopefully, you can use them to broach a susceptible subject. But whatever you don’t tell people they are overweight, talk to them about their health because that is what it is for me, a health journey.
