Confucius said every journey begins with the first step. Perhaps your first step is just listening to my morning post, or maybe you have already taken that first step to Reclaim Your Health.
If you want to join me on this journey, I want to encourage you to change your daily routine and make those changes, habits, and GOOD HABITS.

I promise you this: walking 5000 steps before you eat breakfast is a bloody good start.
I will soon post several recipes that, in combination with your steps, will help you lose weight and #ReclaimYourHealth.

In the meantime, I suggest you start doing the following:

  • Take your probiotic supplement in the evening before you go to sleep every night
  • Drinking 3 litres of filtered water every day will boost your metabolism by 24–30% over 1–1.5 hours
  • Don’t let your kidneys be the filter for the water you drink. Invest in a sound water filter system
  • Drink Green Tea in place of Coffee or traditional tea
  • Commit to a daily exercise routine and spend at least 55 minutes of physical activity before breakfast EVERY DAY

Remember, “Confucius said every journey begins with the first step.” So step up, step out, and get this journey to improved health on its way.
